CANOESHUK DEDICATION
Get your canoe/kayak and join the Lower Beverley Lake and Lyndhurst Paddling Associations for a sunrise ceremony on Sunday July 18, 2010.
The ceremony will take place at the Canoeshuk on Lower Beverley Lake at 6:00 am. Canoes/kayaks will be leaving from the Lower Beverley Lake Township boat launch (behind the historic 200 year old Delta Mill) at 5:30 am. The dedication will be followed by 'The Paddle to the Post' for a special breakfast in Lyndhurst.

Rocktoberfest
The Rockport Development Group is hosting this year’s Annual Canadian Dry Stone Wall Festival at Landon's Bay on Thanksgiving Weekend. From Oct 8-10, a team of 'wallers' will erect a DSW bridge over a creek in Landon's Bay Park. Free admission to the festival as well as canteens, craft sales, music and much more will make this a must attend event for fall 2010.
