TLTI Ladies Fire Auxiliaries ANNUAL RUMMAGE SALE
Date: May 1, 2010 & September 25, 2010
Location: Lansdowne Fairgrounds, Red Building.
Time: 9:00 a.m. – Noon.
Lots of clothing and small household items, bake table and free coffee.

ESCOTT SPRING THING

CANOESHUK DEDICATION
 
Get your canoe/kayak and join the Lower Beverley Lake and Lyndhurst Paddling Associations for a sunrise ceremony on Sunday July 18, 2010.
 
The ceremony will take place at the Canoeshuk on Lower Beverley Lake at 6:00 am. Canoes/kayaks will be leaving from the Lower Beverley Lake Township boat launch (behind the historic 200 year old Delta Mill) at 5:30 am. The dedication will be followed by 'The Paddle to the Post' for a special breakfast in Lyndhurst.

LYNDHURST TURKEY FAIR
FREE PARKING outside the village with a SHUTTLE tot ake you to the Fair. Thousands turn our each year to enjoy the Crafters' Market & Live entertainment all day.
Quilt show and raffle, draws, free voyageur canoe trips, antique car & boat show, Horse and Wagon Rides, Children's Activities, Petting Zoo and HIstorical Displays.

Rocktoberfest
The Rockport Development Group is hosting this year’s Annual Canadian Dry Stone Wall Festival at Landon's Bay on Thanksgiving Weekend.  From Oct 8-10, a team of 'wallers' will erect a DSW bridge over a creek in Landon's Bay Park.  Free admission to the festival as well as  canteens, craft sales, music and much more will make this a must attend event for fall 2010.  For more information please contact Dianne Phillips at Dianne.phillips@xplornet.com.
