Harbour opening May 17, 2025.

Thank you for your interest in our harbour rentals.  We have seasonal and transient docking available.  

Travelling the Rideau? Make a stop in Seeley's Bay harbour! Day-use slips are available on a first come, first served basis free of charge. Donations are accepted for boat launching and mooring.

If you'd like to stay overnight, view the Harbour Map Layout, submit a Harbour Slip Rental Request. Once a harbour application has been submitted, you will be given a username and password to access your account through our ebase booking system and have the option to pay online. Please read the Boater Information package at the bottom of this page.

Harbour Amenities at 135 Mill Street, Seeley's Bay

  • 23 seasonal slips
  • 8 slips available for day-use and/or transient overnight
  • public boat launch by donation
  • 30-amp electrical service
  • showers, washrooms
  • potable water
  • short walk to stores, library, parks, tennis courts and other recreational facilities
  • provides boaters with access to over 30km of water between Upper Brewers and Jones Falls locks on the Rideau Canal
  • provides access to four local lakes
  • parking for truck and trailer 129 Bay Street
    • please contact the Township Office to provide your licence plate, phone number and name if you are leaving truck and trailer overnight at 129 Bay Street

The St. Lawrence River and many of the lakes in the Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands can be accessed through public boat launches and docks, including:

  • Charleston Lake Provincial Park
  • Ford Street, Lyndhurst (shore launch only for canoes and kayaks)
  • Furnace Falls
  • Ivy Lea Wharf
  • Kendrick's Park (shore launch only for canoes and kayaks)
  • Outlet - southwest tip of Charleston Lake on County Rd. 3
  • Rockport
  • Seeley's Bay
  • Town of Gananoque - Contractor's Dock (Open May to October)
