Take notice that the Council of the Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands will hold a public meeting on Monday, October 6, 2025 at 6:00 pm. The meeting will be to consider the following applications for amendment.

Special Event  Approved | Lyndhurst Turkey Fair

TLTI has issued a Special Event Permit to Lyndhurst  Events, Arts and Fairs Inc. for the Lyndhurst Turkey Fair, taking place in the Village of Lansdowne, on Saturday, September 20, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Seeley's Bay Hall | Revision Project Input Sought

The Seeley's Bay Fire Hall / Community Hall, situated at 151 Main Street in the Village of Seeley's Bay, has dutifully served the Township since its establishment in 1950.

Initially constructed through community fundraising efforts, the fire hall began as a single-bay facility. Over the years, it has undergone multiple expansions, including the addition of a community hall, located on the second level.

With the recent move of the fire department to a new facility, we have an opportunity to revision the space. Through the public RFP process, the Township selected IDEA Inc. to act as the Primary Consultant for the adaptive reuse of the facility.

To gather public input, please complete a survey and let your voice be heard on the future of 151 Main Street, Seeley's Bay.

Deadline for survey completion is September 19, 2025

The Private Road Grant Maintenance Stream application period is now open.  Deadline for submissions is October 31, 2025
