Community Halls and Meeting Rooms

All facility bookings take place through our secure online Facility Booking Platform, E-Base.  You can check out of facility space availability through the Booking Rental Platform through the  Viewing Calendar.

To book one of our facilities, pavilions or park spaces, you must have an active customer account, through our e-base platform.  You can watch a video to learn how to create an account and make an online facility booking request.

We require full payment before your booking start date. Payment by Visa or Mastercard is accepted through the platform, or in-person by at the Township office for debit, cheque or cash.

Insurance is required to rent a facility, and the policy coverage must provide for the following:

A minimum sum insured of $2,000,000 (two million) General Liability, or $5,000,000 (five million) for events with higher risk and/or include alcohol

"The Corporation of the Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands" is named as an Additional Insured on the policy pertaining to the operations of the named insured only;

Coverage for cross liability and severability of interest; and

Carry an endorsement to provide the Corporation of the Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands with thirty (30) days' written notice of cancellation or material change that would diminish coverage.

Renters can purchase this insurance through the facility booking platform when submitting a booking.  The cost of insurance is dependent on the number of attendees and the type of event.

- Call your personal home/auto insurance company. They sometimes sell these types of policies if they do not, then reach out to;
