- Note 1 : Dates are subject to change/cancelled at the discretion of staff.
- Note 2: The regular hearing of the Committee of Adjustment in December is moved to an early date to accommodate the schedule of staff and members.
- Note 3: Boat ride dates are tentative for April and October depending upon the weather. Applications for water access only properties may be deferred until weather permits a boat ride site inspection. From November to March, applicants will be required to submit pictures and videos of the property for review. Upon review of the pictures and videos, the Committee may still decide to defer the application until a boat ride can be scheduled for when weather permits.
