Jerry Park's splash pad and play structures are ready for some action. We know you've been waiting to get back to the park, so come check it out this weekend.
We still need to be mindful of some areas that need a little bit more attention and time. While enjoying the space, stay on the paths and play structures (the sod and grass seed need to set and grow).
We plan to have an official Grand Re-Opening soon.
The Weekly Update for June 8 to June 12 is here.
Look for a new Weekly Update every Friday!
The flags at all Township facilities will be flown at half-mast from June 10, 2026, until sunset on June 15, 2026, in honour of the late Tarun Bali of the Ontario Provincial Police, who passed away on June 9, 2026.
Exciting News
The Jerry Park upgrades are almost complete, with only a few finishing touches left.
New sod has been laid and grass seed planted, and they are being watered to help establish growth. We kindly ask everyone to stay out of the area so the sod and seeded section can establish some growth.
We are planning a soft opening of the new playground structure and the re-opening of the splash pad this weekend, June 13th.
Thank you for your patience throughout this project. We look forward to welcoming families back to enjoy the new play structure. Stay tuned for details on the official grand opening celebration.
