Take notice that the Committee of Adjustment for the Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 1:00 pm.

The Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands has served notice of Intention to Designate Three (3) Properties Under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, 181 Tower Road, 186 Main Street, and 117 Raison Road.

The Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands (TLTI) has initiated Class Environmental Assessments (Class EAs) to determine the preferred approach for expanding the rated capacity of the Lansdowne 
Sewage Treatment System (STS) and the Railway Sewage Pumping Station (SPS) to effectively collect and treat wastewater generated from existing and projected future development.
