Flags at Half - Mast | Indigenous Veterans Day and Remembrance Day

The flags at the Township office are being lowered to half-mast at the end of today and will remain so throughout the weekend to recognize Indigenous Veterans Day on November 8. The flags will be lowered to half-mast again on Tuesday afternoon for Remembrance Day on November 11.

We honor the significant contributions of military personnel who protect the rights and freedoms of Canadians. We also remember those who lost their lives for our country, as well as those whose lives were forever changed.
