Tell us about yourself! Hobbies? Fun facts? How did you get started?

Ed Clark, our grandfather started the bus business in 1958 and the marina business in 1959.

Define your business in your own words. 

We are a family business, now operating in the 3rd generation of Clark's. 2 Distinct operations under one company. Buses that operate in both the Upper Canada district and the Kingston district.

Full-service marina that provides dockage, storage, and repair services for boaters throughout the 1000 Islands.

What business achievement are you most proud of?

That the business is now being operated by the 3rd generation of the Clark family, Operating now by Sean, Mike, and Andy Clark 

Why did you choose to start your business in Gananoque/Leeds and the Thousand Islands?

Ed Clark started dredging for the marina in 1959, when local businessmen came looking for dockage and storage of their boats. Tourism was in full flight and boating was on the rise.

What words would you use to describe Gananoque/Leeds and the Thousand Islands?

One of a kind, beautiful, rural community

What is one item/service in your business customers don't know you offer?

We offer Pump-Out facilities and a Fuel Dock that includes both premium gasoline and diesel fuel.
