The Community Improvement Plan (CIP) in TLTI is designed to assist property owners like you. The Fall intake of applications is now open until 4:30 pm on Friday, September 5, 2025. The program offers grants through a range of 5 financial incentive programs, with the overall goal to enhance properties and businesses and contribute to the overall improvement of our community.
