The application period closes for the Cemetery Grant Program on March 31st. Active and inactive cemeteries located within the Township that function on a non-profit or volunteer basis are eligible to apply.

The Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit’s new service delivery site at the Kemptville Campus will be open March 18th.

The Kemptville service delivery site will be located at 80 Shaver Crescent, in the Kemptville Campus. The new site location will be open Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pm and closed from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. The phone number is unchanged at 613-258-5941. NOTICE OF MOORING RESTRICTIONS

RIDEAU CANAL NATIONAL HISTORIC SITE 

SMITHS FALLS, ONTARIO – March 8, 2024 – Parks Canada is advising the public that consultations are now underway on a Notice of Mooring Restrictions that is planned to come into effect on May 1, 2024, related to the mooring of floating accommodations on the Rideau Canal.
